General Products can be returned we comply with Australian Consumer Law, Personalised products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, or unless the work is incorrect and different from approved proof. If there is a mistake made on our part we will replace item, if the mistake is made by the customer we will try and fix it if possible this may come at a cost, depending on what is informed, the postage will be at the customers cost.
Returns need to be made within 7 days of receiving goods.
Goods to be returned to M and M Embroidery, 7 Hanrahan Place, Kiama, NSW, 2533, these can either be mailed or delivered.
Shipping will be refunded if the mistake is ours, but if mistake is the customers it will not be.
Credit will be issued when returned goods are received via method of payment.
Please return products as received, as in the original packaging and condition.
